Add a function that does a look up of mime type to image type in QImageReader/Writer

Add a function that does a look up of mime type to image type in QImageReader and QImageWriter. Since these classes has information about what is supported it would be good to know which one maps to the other to save time when trying to specify the right format for reading and writing image files.
