Some fonts are rendered badly when ClearType is disabled and high DPI scaling is enabled.

      ClearType has to be disabled in Windows screen settings.
      To simulate high DPI use "QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS" env variable.
      The issue is reproducible with ANY values set even 1.0

      About 1/3 of standard Windows fonts have drawing issues: some characters are not fully drawn. See screenshot for example (DPI is set to 1.0).
