    Description

Artifacts appear when resizing a window of a QML application using the mouse cursor.
Artifacts only appear when downsizing, increasing the window size is ok.
The artifacts are not static, they flicker and flash.

This happens both in release and debug builds.
I tested it with many QML applications including particle emitters and samegame part 3 in Qt examples.

This only happens on some computers, all of them were running on Intel HD Graphics 4600, and only with QML applications.
