Symbian: Qt applications crash with KERN-EXEC3 if launched quickly multiple times

      Firmware version: N/A
      Release: a0e6aeb31dde2c843cc9eff287627758c9b087e0
      Platform: WINSCW UDEB
      Compiler used: MWCCSYM2 Version 3.2.5 build 482 (Build 482)
      Application: QDesktopServices (or any)
      Launched from: AppShell
      Problem description:
      1. Go to QtDemos folder in AppShell
      2. Navigate on top of desktopservices icon
      3. Use PC keyborad '§' key to launch the application quickly twice (click § twice quickly)
      4. DesktopServices panics with KERN-EXEC 3 (image viewer is opened)

      Seems to be reproducible with any Qt application. Tested for example with DigiFlip and deform.
