ProgressBar and BusyIndicator are very CPU intensive

While playing with the Controls 2, and in the testbench example I was suprised that my laptop bacame loud. And indeed, while doing nothing, testbench eats up a whole CPU core.

When removing any ProgressBar and BusyIndicator control, the CPU consumption goes to 0%.
