Mac: It would be nice if there is a way to always show scroll bar on

      From OSX 10.7, By default Scroll bar only shows when touch pad is used. Mac System menu has option to always show scroll bar but goes system wide.

      It would be nice if Qt can provide some option/api to show the scroll bar always on for Qt application.
