Qt5 ignores dpi in fontconfig

    Description

      I'm using Linux with Gnome DE. I've got custom font-scaling (dpi) settings. All fine except qt5 apps - they have bigger fonts. Changing dpi in fonts.conf gives no result. Qt5 ignores settings in fonts.conf.
