Qt 5.6.0 is not compatible with Windows XP

      qwindows.dll in qt 5.6 used a Windows API that doesn't supported under Windows XP.
      The API is GetUserDefaultLocaleName, and minimum supported system is Windows Vista.

      My build configuration is
      -debug-and-release -opensource -confirm-license -mp -icu -openssl -nomake examples -nomake tests -target xp -skip qtwebkit
