P1: Critical Description
3 major issues reported:
1. prelaunch failing: This is something new introduced in Win10. Need to be investigated
2. TLS* not allowed: We used this in bf24838c3344f009f9fe40f596a4eab798f071b3 when switching to qthread_win.cpp
3. Direct3D Trim: Might be related to general issue of app not closing for some reason
