Add a command line option to qt assistant to make content synchronization automatic

The user wants to open her Qt Assistant from the application. It can be done. The user also wants to make Sync With Table of Contents automatic. For the user the best possible solution in her case is to pass a command-line argument while running the qt assistant from her application.

Please add this command-line argument to the Qt Assistant.
