QT_SCALE_FACTOR=2 causes garbage

    Description

      1. Move any window over the window which uses QT_SCALE_FACTOR - you will see lines (Unwanted_lines.png).

      2. Any native widget is not visible (in Native_widget.png the push button is a native widget)!
