Mac: Fullscreen on second monitor brings back the window to primary screen

If a window is created from main application and shown as full screen to second monitor it does animate and goes to second monitor but it comes back to primary monitor immediately.
Some time even main application disappears from primary monitor too, attached example reproduces this problem.

This behavior is only limited to OSX 10.10
