HiDPI: App scaling issues on Windows 10

      Opening current Qt Creator (3.6 branch) with Qt 5.6 from git gives attached result.

      After clicking "somewhere" on the menu, a full redraw is happening with aligning items correctly.

      To reproduce use the native HiDPI settings and set app scaling to 200% on Windows 10.
