Support embedding the devtools in a browser itself, much like Chrome does with "More tools->Developer Tools", and the "chrome://inspect" URL.
Right now accessing the developer tools require setting up a port numer on startup, and connecting to them with another browser instance. This is tedious, and also has some security implications. In addition we might want to support accessing the developer tools directly from within the same instance.
