    Description

My normal operating mode of display is 16 bit color mode. With any combination of drivers versions (Intel, Nvidia), with turned on or off switchable graphics (Nvidia Optimus) in this mode Qt Creator's Welcome screen is black and qtdiag reports the following (switchable graphics is on):

For 32 bit mode all is ok, Welcome screen works ok, qtdiag reports the following (switchable graphics is on):

GpuTest (http://www.geeks3d.com/gputest/) works good in all modes with all tests (OpenGL 2.1-4.0), it shows Nvidia hardware in title. And I can see 16 bit colors by color rungs on test screen.
