[Reg 5.5->5.6]: Some glyphs are rendered at a wrong position (Windows, HighDPI, Courier font)

While text rendering on WIndows in HighDPI mode improved much, lately, there is one new issue, specifically wit hthe rendering of "e" in Courier. The glyph is drawn one physical pixel too high.

The screenshot below shows the effect in non-ClearType and ClearType case. Without ClearType, the "e" has ina ddition an artifact in form of an underline.

Also note the the overall offset of the texts are different with ClearType and without. But that is already covered by QTBUG-50024
