Hardware: Lenovo X1 Carbon generation 3 Thinkpad
Software: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (trusty)
Linux kernel: 3.19.0-49-generic
Anki version: 2.0.33
Description
I use a program called Anki (http://ankisrs.net/) which uses Qt. Presently, that program crashes frequently, and seems to be correlated with suspending the computer. The crashes don't occur while actually using the program, it seems to happen only when the program isn't being actively used.
I apologize for not knowing the exact Qt component being used; I just don't know anything about Qt and so I'm not sure exactly what Anki is accessing. I filed a bug report with the Anki development team (https://anki.tenderapp.com/discussions/ankidesktop/17033-anki-intermittently-segfaults-after-suspend-on-ubuntu-linux) but they state that the fault is in the Qt library.
I have a crash log to attach, but unfortunately it's 41.2 MB (the max allowed being 10 MB), so I've split it into 5 components using split(1). These are simply rejoinable with
cat crashlog-a{a..e} > crashlog-full
