Be able to determine which font size is actually being used when Text.fontSizeMode is effectiveSize

Be able to determine which font size is actually being used when Text.fontSizeMode is effectiveSize. This is useful to know because if you need to use the same size elsewhere for other purposes, and it is not possible to just replicate the same dimensions (since there may be more lines in use in the other case) then being able to determine which font size is actually used would be useful here.

Something like effectiveFontPointSize as a read-only property would be ideal as pointSize/pixelSize only give the maximum possible font size and not the one actually used.
