Painting: brush transforms are not implemented in pdf engine / PDF and PS outputs are distorted

    Description

      t4id: 245819

      Attempting to print from QPainter and using a brush transform, results in distorted image when rendered by the printer. The same problem does not manifest when printing to the screen. The bug is that pdf engine ignores the brush transform.
