User Story
P3: Somewhat important QtWebkit provided a solution to store icons on the hard drive and access them via the iconForUrl() widget API. The similar API should be implemented for WebEngine and provide API for Quick too.
The new icon database should cooperate with the favicon manager that is stored per page. The database should be stored in WebEngine Profile.
