Wrong RPATH on shipped libraries in SDK

    Description

      After installing the SDK and inspecting the RPATH of the libraries most had $ORIGIN set, but a few:

      for i in `ls *.so`; do echo $i && chrpath -l $i; done
libicudata.so
libicudata.so: RPATH=/home/qt/icu_install/lib
libicui18n.so
libicui18n.so: RPATH=/home/qt/icu_install/lib
