Shrinking QOpenGLWindow does not cause redraw

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • run attached application on Windows
      • resize window smaller from any side (but not from corners)

      Expected to happen:
      content to be redrawn (paintGL to be called) at some point

      What happens:
      nothing

      Resizing window bigger or when resizing from corner, paintGL gets called correctly. Also works on Linux.
