need to clarify prefix and shadow builds in documentation

    • Windows 10 / VS 2015, both 32 and 64 bit builds

      QtBase is built OK, but later ActiveX and XMLPatterns projects fail to build (errors are about missing header files, which in fact exist, hence this looks like a header path issue).

      I used this simple configure:
      configure -debug-and-release -make-tool jom -commercial -confirm-license

      Building 5.5.1 on the same machine has never been a problem.

      I use the commercial packages. I tried both zip and tar
