When resizing a QDockWidget by moving the splitter handle, the cursor shape changes to a "split" cursor shape. However, if the cursor moves outside the splitter handle while resizing, the cursor shape reverts back to the regular arrow cursor (and again to the split cursor when the cursor is above the splitter handle, causing a flickering effect between the two cursor shapes) .

While the resizing is in progress, the cursor should keep the split shape.
