Push button stays pressed after long press on cursor/touchscreen

Problem description: Push button stays pressed if pressing and releasing the stylus exactly in same location
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch PointerTest app
2. Hold stylus on the "Open Popup" push button for a few seconds
-> buttons stays in pressed state after the stulys is released. See attached screenshot, where button is in pressed state after click
