Problem description: Global system dialog makes the whole screen visible even Qt has modal dialog open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch PointerTest app
2. Click "Open Modal" push button -> Modal dialog opens up and rest of the screen is not visible (shot04)
3. Plug charger to device and wait that note disappears ->t he whole Qt app will be visible (shot05) but only modal dialog should be visible
