    Description

      Using a german keyboard it is not working to use the default shortcuts for
      Go to block end by Ctrl+]
      Go to block start by Ctrl+[
      Go to block end with selection by Ctrl+}
      Go to block start with selection by Ctrl+{

      You have to type "Alt Gr"+8 to get a [ character on a german keyboard.

      So the Ctrl+[ on a german keyboard is: Ctrl+Alt Gr+8

      Probably the Alt Gr key is breaking the detection of the sequence.

      Sounds very similar to the "toggle comments" error in QtCreator for the german keybaord. There it was to Shift button that has to be added, as the '/' is Shift+7...
