"Force optimized tools" does not have a value

      1. Configure Qt 5.6.0 on Windows.
        I used the switches: -developer-build -opensource -confirm-license -nomake examples -nomake tests
      2. Open the file qtbase\config.summary.
        It contains the line: 
        Force optimized tools.......

      I think this line should have a value like "yes" or "no". On Linux or with Qt 5.5.1, this line does not seem to appear at all.
