WinRT: Enable CONFIG+=windeployqt for Visual Studio projects

      Using the Visual Studio project generator, projects should automatically have CONFIG+=windeployqt for app projects.

      Not having this enabled breaks the default workflow of creating a project and hitting run to the an application running.

      Qt Creator does this in the background already by always adding this config to the qmake call.
