No cursor over QSplitter after using QMacCocoaViewContainer + QNSView mouseDragged error

    Description

      No cursor or inconsistent cursor behavior. Sample app attached.
      Probably related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-33479

      video_demostration.mov - to see in a real app

      The second video (video_demostration_error_message.mov) demonstrates second problem on 10.9
      "QNSView mouseDragged: Internal mouse button tracking invalid (missing Qt::LeftButton)" error message

      on 10.11 - it was a bit harder to reproduce, there's another video for that.
