SSL connection error on Google sites in Ubuntu.

    Description

      When trying to connect to Google and Youtube, in Ubuntu, I receive the following error message:

      SSL connection error
      ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

      Therefore, I cannot connect to anything owned by Google using WebEngine, on the three supported Ubuntu LTS releases!
