WinRT: alt key down event not detected

When you press the alt key, the event handler QWinRTScreen::onKeyDown is not called.

If you add a key event handler to the root Canvas view, then you do get a key down event for the alt key.

The altgr and windows keys seem to work ok.

Do you know why the alt key events are not delivered at the window level?
