Dock widgets activation state bleeds into area outside of widget

Apologies for not having the verbiage to describe the issue or the coding skills to recreate a small Qt program.

There was an improvement when I upgraded from 5.5 to 5.6

Qt55-collapse.gif shows the issue was present in Qt5.5
