loss of precision in drawEllipse with large QRectF

p.drawEllipse (r)
produces a large error when r is a big rectangle compared with p
(the visible window intersects the ellipse in a very small portion.

This actually happens e.g. in an interactive geometry application like
kig when drawing the circle through three points that are nearly aligned.
