QAbstractSocket::BindFlag is contradictory on Windows

      The documentation for QAbstractSocket::BindFlag indicates that on Windows the DefaultForPlatform is ShareAddress which is indicated to be ignored on Windows. This should be double checked and rectified to reflect what is actually the case here.
