Missed: Change Language from Preferences Qt Linguist

      I prefer to use my IDE and Tools in english and not in german (my locaale)
      In Qt Creator I can set the language:
      Preferences --> Environment --> Interface

      I'm missing this for Qt Linguist

      as workaround from translations I rename the
      linguist_de.qm to something else to make Linguist run in english.
