Qt Assistant contents do not scale at all when font size is changed

    Description

      None of the texts/images/codeblocks scale when user changes font size. Only headers obey the font size.

      Screen resolution and platform don't seem to matter, reproducible with windows and osx. The bug does not appear in 5.5.1, only in 5.6.
