Integrate positioning services to b2qt images

    Description

      QtLocation has backends for geoclue and gypsy, which both are available from yocto. Integrate either/both to images and build QtLocation with backends enabled.

      SABRE SD platform has GPS integrated, so it can be used to demo QtLocation.
