    • Windows 10 LTSB 2015, ImDisk Toolkit 20160202, 16Gb RAM, 12Gb (tried less) RAMDISK dynamically allocated (tried fixed), AWE allocation (tried without, all combinations), Temp located on RAMDISK.

    Description

I can not install Qt with Qt online installer while RAMDISK is enabled, because installer reports that I have 0.0 bytes of free space, while actually there is 11,9 Gbytes of free space.

      What is Ramdisk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramdisk
I've used Ramdisk from ImDisk Toolkit: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/imdisk_toolkit.html

Running installer from elevated command prompt or with administrator privileges does not help.

This issue is critical. It prevents me from installing Qt and start development in particular environment.

There is similar issue QTBUG-5940 but it was incorrectly described and mistakenly closed with not working solution gathered from testing in inappropriate environment (without ramdisk actually running).
