[Reg 5.6.0->5.6.1] Empty left-over menu items for items that were moved to Application menu

      When compiling Qt Creator with Qt 5.6.1, the File > Quit, Tools > Options, Help > About Qt Creator, and Help > About Plugins menu items, which are moved to the application menu are still "visible" as empty regions in their original places.
