Canvas is blurred in HighDPI

      When drawing arcs and oblique lines in Canvas using Context2D the result is blurred under high dpi.

      Attached is a minimum repro for this bug. Notice that the right rounded Rectangle is not affected by this.

      Also attached is an in production example of this happening in a triangle.
