Windows 7 64 bit, AMD Radeon HD 4800 display adapter, Driver version 8.961.0.0
Description
When an OpenGL context is created during global initialization phase of a plugin (and the main application does not use OpenGL), it hangs for some reason.
Attached a minimal project that reproduces the problem.
If you copy the initialize function to main.cpp (with Q_COREAPP_STARTUP_FUNCTION), it works as expected.
WebEngine has a similar initialization sequence.
I did not try to upgrade the Radeon driver, so that I can reproduce the bug consistently.
