Add support for JUnit XML test format

Add support for JUnit XML test format. Currently the xml format output needs to be converted to this by a separate process to ensure all the output is kept (i.e. with all the skipped information too) but this is losing some of the information in the process, so if it was outputted directly in JUnit format then it would not be necessary to do the transformation then.
