Android: Empty predictive text box is shown sometimes in Password mode

The predictive text box (no text, box only) or parts of it is shown over the Android keyboard in some cases when TextInput's echomode is TextInput.Password. See attached image for how it looks.

This doesn't happen every time. It seems that you need to forceActiveFocus() to that TextInput. Also in the attached example you need to step through all or most TextInputs to see the problem. Also my device (Nexus 7) needs to be in landscape to see this, but I have seen screenshots of it in portrait too.

The attached example can be used to reproduce the problem.
1. Tap on first Text input
2. Tap on Done in Keyboard - focus moves to next Text input.
3. Keep tapping on Done key to reach last Text input field. (TextInput.Password )
4. After reaching last text input, over keyboard in place of predictive text, black color area appears.
