Windows Phone apps are rendered under taskbar and software navigation buttons

      Running any QtQuick or QtWidgets based app on Windows phone will result in the top taskbar (with the clock, network and battery info) overlapping with the app.

      Additionally, the software navigation buttons also overlap with the Qt GUI. This is less of a problem, as one can swipe these buttons away, though comes over as quite amateuristic (old Windows 8 apps often have this problem on Windows 10). The GUI size should scale to accomodate the presence of these buttons when they appear or are hidden by the user.
