Qt apps on Windows Phone 10 do not scale according to DPI automatically

    Description

      As an example, the Qt Quick Controls 2 gallery application shows nicely on my laptop (1600x900) non-HDPI screen, but shows extremely tiny controls on my Lumia 640 with 1280x720 pixels.

      As the aforementioned example has Qt::AA_EnableHighDpiScaling set, I don't see how to fix this on application side (you can't set environment variables in an app).
