FontMetrics BoundingRect is smaller than font height for chinese characters. Also if screen DPI is higher, it will be smaller for normal alphabet text too.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run the attached program

Observer result:

• Error is shown; bounding rect size is smaller than font height

Expected result:

• Error is not shown

If screen DPI is set higher, it will also break normal alphabet in addition to chinese characters.
