      Investigate supporting WebAssembly in WebEngine.

      WebAssembly aims to provide a common runtime to run compiled applications on the web. For Qt, the story is two-fold: We could try to support shipping Qt and apps in WebAssembly. With WebEngine we should also be able to run them then, though.
