Qt 5.6.1 offline: 'qtcanvas3d not found' error with Canvas 3D examples on iOS device

    Description

      Canvas 3D examples (e.g. Planets example) doesn't work correctly on iOS device. Examples can be deployed to device but opens only black screen.
      During (e.g. Planets) example startup Qt Creator's Application Output tab prints
      qrc:/planets.qml:38:1: module "QtCanvas3D" plugin "qtcanvas3d" not found

      Installers:
      qt-enterprise-mac-x64-android-ios-5.6.1_346.dmg
      qt-opensource-mac-x64-android-ios-5.6.1_347.dmg

      Same examples are working correctly with OS X desktop build and Android device.
