[Windows]: When showing a window in full screen that contains a stacked widget and a QOpenGLWidget then the QOpenGLWidget will always be on top. Raising another widget will not make a difference here as it will be placed on top.

The example uses QQuickWidget but it was also reproducible with a QWebEngineView, thus the assumption that the problem is with QOpenGLWidget at the base here. It is also fine when using QWidget::createViewContainer and also when it is not in full screen mode.
